Great Service.
Richard and young apprentice arrived on time assessed the issue and quickly concluded that the issue was caused by old lights which were faulty.
They replaced with new lights and tidied up all the cabling.
They were polite and very clean.

Domestic electrical works
I found the electrician very polite and courteous (including wearing protective shoe coverings whilst in the house). He was late arriving however managed my expectations by contacting me in advance to let me know.

Work to replace a spur and outside security light were completed with the minimum of fuss and electrician cleaned up after himself. I asked him about another job (which I had not previously mentioned) but this could not be completed (needed parts) however he advised what needs to happen to sort it, which will require another visit.

I am so happy with the work done for me by this company.   Even though the work I needed done was quite small, the engineer sent was very pleasant, polite and professional.  He replaced the batteries in my smoke alarms and replaced the light pendant in one of the bedrooms with ease.  He took time to answer questions I had, cleaned up the little mess left while removing the light pendant and checked that everything was in good working order before he left.  I think I have found my go to company for dealing with any electrical issues I may have in the future. I have just used ths for my mum, to rewire her lighting circuit and new fuse box.  Tony and his guys were absolutely brilliant, they've done an outstanding job, my mum is over the moon. But more importantly they were very respectful and helpful towards her as she's not in the best of health.  I would 100% recommend very well priced and lovely fellas to boot. Moving socket from one wall to opposite wall

I called THS Electrical Services to ask if they were free the following day to replace a faulty light switch and replace a broken outside light.  Richard Ha asked me to provide a photo of the broken light which I did by email and he responded by return email with a price which I agreed.  He arrived at the appointed time and thoughtfully applied plastic shoe covers before coming into the house. He fixed and tested the faulty light switch quickly.  Replacing the broken light with the new PIR version I had purchased took a little longer as it was a bright sunny day and mimicking the dark and movement required for the PIR to work was tricky but Richard persevered and got it working to my satisfaction.  I was extremely impressed with Richard's clear and prompt communications skills and his professional approach.  He even sent a text next morning to check the light was working OK, which it was. Can't recommend THS highly enough. They put the extra time in to make sure the quote was accurate. They really considered and talked me through the different options. Their price was the middle of the three that we received, but I still think it was reasonable. The communication from the office was great. The engineers couldn't have been nicer and are easily the tidiest we've seen. They really took the stress out of having them in the house while I was working. Very happy with the quality of the work. Successful electrical fault finding due to flickering lights
They fitted us in quickly, Richard explained what he was doing as he went whilst fault finding, worked with transparency and honesty and didn't dilly dally. He asked questions on the phone when booking the call, which gave me confidence. Would use this company again without hesitation for fault finding. Luckily our problem was easily and conveniently resolved within the hour. 👍
