2 engineers from British Gas Homecare had failed to fix the problem when I asked THS to have a go.
During the process of diagnosing and fixing several poorly installed sockets and cables, another fault appeared leaving us without power to the kitchen and no heating. THS had an engineer round within 20 minutes at 10:30pm and gave a temporary fix so we didn't freeze. Excellent communication throughout the job with a fair price that didn't change. I'll definitely use them again and recommend.
